As regular readers of this page will know, I doesn’t generally appreciate Native American Indian flute-playing that much, but here, married up with a modern harp, the evocative magic it weaves is both spellbinding and deeply moving at the same time.

North American Music Award nominee Jan Michael obviously plays with much power, which became accessible to my over-educated ear because of the richer, more complex harmonic Western Classical palette provided by Linda’s part.

It would be folly to try to force you ‘kindred spirits’ into pigeonholes, but I would hazard a guess that this CD could be treasured by very many KS readers out there!
